The reader receives my resume from a website. This application is tied into a much bigger enterprise tool, but first things first. The words I’ve written are compared to a library according to the software developer’s associative words used in the industry in which I am seeking to be employed. Words, phrases, contextual sentences, associations, verbs, etc.
The reader is artificial intelligence software. Some natural language processing, some theory, some new algorithms using cultural values. They built and then sold a prediction tool. But what did the tool predict? My past.
No, my future!
No, my past. There’s the problem. Being human, I have aspirations, hope, dreams, goals, wild ideas, wisdom, personality, perspectives, leadership influences - each applied to expanding my future.
Artificial intelligence predicted the value of what I did with no understanding of my humanity wrapped in all these other important words.
Surrendered intelligence.
